I graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2005. Prior to that I attended The University of Utah in Salt Lake City where I graduated with a degree in Medical Biology. I am a member of the American Dental Association as well as a member of the Arizona Dental Association. I have been practicing at Crockett Dental since graduation. I am married to my beautiful wife Kristie, and we have three small children: Hadley and Cohen (twins), and Cortland. I am an avid sports fan and especially love following Ohio State Athletics. I love to meet new people and provide the best service I can for them in all aspects of life.

I graduated from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 1972. In 1986, after practicing in my hometown of Iowa for 14 years, I bought a small practice in the Phoenix area. I have been here ever since. I have two grown children and three grand children. I enjoy photography, golf, and just life in general. I also enjoy all the patients I have come in contact with over the years.
